- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Add cheese slices on top of patties during the last minute of grilling.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and the beef patty.
- Serve immediately.
