- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from heat and let them sit in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
Notes
- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Can be made a day in advance.
