Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned wings on the smoker rack.
  4. Smoke the wings for 1.5 to 2 hours until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. During the last 15 minutes, brush the wings with barbecue sauce.
  6. Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
