- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned wings on the smoker rack.
- Smoke the wings for 1.5 to 2 hours until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- During the last 15 minutes, brush the wings with barbecue sauce.
- Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use your favorite barbecue sauce for more flavor.
- Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
