- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a large pot.
- Add crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and stir into the pot.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and cover until melted.

- You can use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
