Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Slice each potato open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add cheese, sour cream, chives, and bacon bits on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
