- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut a slit in the top of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Top with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
