Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 2 pounds of small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- Water, enough to fill the pot
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Old Bay seasoning and salt to the boiling water.
- Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add sausage and corn, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the pot and transfer the mixture to a serving platter.
- Squeeze lemon over the top before serving.
Notes
- Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Great for outdoor gatherings and celebrations.
