Ingredients

  • 2 cups of clam juice

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, clam juice, thyme, and bay leaf.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add clams and heat through for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
