- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Brush the maple-mustard mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Can be marinated for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
