Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add bell peppers and onions; sauté until softened.
  5. Pour egg mixture over vegetables.
  6. Cook until edges firm up, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add tomatoes and cheese on one half of the omelet.
  8. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute.
  9. Serve hot.
