- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup fondant icing
- Food coloring (optional)
- Decorative sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a baking pan.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into the baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before icing.
- Roll out fondant and cut into shapes.
- Decorate with sprinkles if desired.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a day ahead.
