Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

  4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in cooked quinoa and lemon juice.
  7. Serve warm.
