Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  3. Drain and mash the potatoes.
  4. Add cumin, chili powder, and salt to mashed potatoes.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a pan.
  6. Fill each tortilla with the potato mixture.
  7. Garnish with cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges.
