Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine pork, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, and broth.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  3. Add hominy and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
