Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix spices and rub them on the pork shoulder.
  3. Place pork in a roasting pan.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 4 hours.
  5. Remove the foil, apply barbecue sauce, and bake for an additional hour.
  6. Shred the pork with two forks.
  7. Serve with extra barbecue sauce.
