Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Pour half of the mixture over the crust.
  7. Add strawberry puree on top and swirl gently.
  8. Pour remaining cream cheese mixture over and add blueberry puree.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  10. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh fruits for better flavor.
  • Chill the cheesecake overnight for best results.
  • Top with additional whipped cream before serving.
