- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup blueberries, pureed
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour half of the mixture over the crust.
- Add strawberry puree on top and swirl gently.
- Pour remaining cream cheese mixture over and add blueberry puree.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh fruits for better flavor.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for best results.
- Top with additional whipped cream before serving.
