- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz) sloppy joe sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and green bell pepper.
- Stir in sloppy joe sauce, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
