Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil and spices.
- Toss chicken wings in the spice mixture until coated.
- Place wings in the smoker for 2 hours.
- Brush wings with barbecue sauce and smoke for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove wings and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
