- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Your favorite BBQ sauce for glazing
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Place the wings in the smoker and smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Remove the wings and brush them with BBQ sauce.
- Return the wings to the smoker for an additional 15-30 minutes to set the glaze.
- Serve hot and enjoy your 4th of July feast!
