Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Place the wings in the smoker and smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  4. Remove the wings and brush them with BBQ sauce.
  5. Return the wings to the smoker for an additional 15-30 minutes to set the glaze.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your 4th of July feast!
