Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  4. Remove from heat and mix in feta cheese and oregano.
  5. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
  6. Stuff the chicken breasts with the spinach and feta mixture.
  7. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  8. Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
