Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and spinach, sauté until spinach wilts.
- Remove from heat and mix in feta cheese and oregano.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff the chicken breasts with the spinach and feta mixture.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for best flavor.
- Feel free to add herbs for extra taste.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
