Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté spinach until wilted.

- Layer spinach and cheddar cheese in the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and lightly browned.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
