- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the steak with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak and let it rest.
- Add bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Serve the steak and vegetables on tortillas, garnished with cilantro.
